On April 20th, Seniors for Climate Victoria and Climate Justice Victoria are teamed up to celebrate a significant climate justice success, the all ages and abilities (AAA) bike and roll route network that has been built over the last nine years. People on power wheelchairs led the relaxed pace tour of some of Victoria’s nicest bike and roll routes.
This action illustrates that climate action isn’t just essential, done well it can make our communities more inclusive, accessible, and livable. In the nine years since the Pandora protected bike and roll lanes were opened, it has become easier and more pleasant to ride and roll around the city without burning fossil fuels.
